Are you a factory or trading company?

We are a professional original manufacturer of cutting equipment with our own production workshops, R&D team and complete production lines. All machines are independently designed, produced, assembled and tested. We provide factory audit and video factory tour services to ensure stable quality and on-time delivery.

Do you accept customization?

Yes. We provide full customization based on your needs:

Customizable cutting size, power and table size;
Configuration adjustment for different materials (metal, stone, glass, etc.);
Optional automatic loading/unloading, water circulation, dust removal systems;
OEM & ODM services for logo, control system and appearance.

How long is the warranty?

We offer comprehensive warranty for all machines:

1-year warranty for the whole machine;
1–3 years for core parts like control system, motor and high-pressure pump;
Free repair and replacement for non-human damage within warranty;
Lifetime technical support, spare parts supply and upgrade service.

How long is delivery time?

Delivery time depends on model and configuration:

Standard machines: 7–15 working days;
Medium & high-end models: 15–20 working days;
Large customized machines: 20–30 working days.

We update production progress in real time and support sea, air and international express shipping.

How to get a quote?

Please provide the following information, and we will send quotation, specs and solution within 24 hours:

Material type and thickness to be cut;
Required cutting size or table area;
Production capacity and preferred configuration;
Destination port or delivery address.
